You are A Kinesthetic Learner
Kinesthetic Learner
Kinesthetic learners, also known as kinesthetic modality learners, are individuals who learn best by doing and being physically involved in the learning process. They require hands-on, experiential learning methods to fully understand and retain information.
This type of learner may have difficulty with learning through visual or auditory methods alone, such as watching a film or listening to a lecture, and may struggle with sitting still for long periods of time. They often prefer to engage in immersive, interactive learning experiences and are quick to try new approaches or test out theories.
Kinesthetic learners tend to excel in activities that require physical participation, such as speaking, presenting, or playing a musical instrument, and may display strong physical responses, such as hand gestures or body movement, when engaged in these activities. They are also likely to remember information better through back-and-forth conversation rather than being lectured to.
