    This position is a two-year development route to becoming a STUDY Coach. BrightTeach Junior STUDY Coaches are at the heart of our mission to guide students towards achieving their true potential.

    This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education to grow and develop their skills while supporting GCSE students on their learning journey. You will work closely with students, parents, and the teaching team to ensure every student has an enriching and successful experience with BrightTeach STUDY.

    • A passion for education and a desire to help students achieve their full potential.

    • Experience in a customer service, coaching, or educational role is helpful but not essential.

    • Confidence with technology and the ability to quickly learn eLearning platforms.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a friendly and approachable manner.

    • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

    • A proactive mindset, eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
